When is check-in / check-out?
Check-in time is at 15:00 hrs on the day of your arrival and check-out is up to 11:00 hrs on the day of your departure.
Can I ask for an earlier check-in?
You may ask for an earlier check-in but this depends on the availability of your room. Room cleanliness is our priority and our housekeeping need ample time to make sure that your room is in tip-top condition before your arrival.
Can I ask for an later check-out?
If you wish for a later check-out time, please advise our staff beforehand and we’ll try to accommodate your request but this all depends on other arrivals on the day. A late check-out fee might apply.
Do you have a baggage room where we can store our luggage before check-in / after check-out?
No, but we can keep them for you at the premises till you get back.
Reception
Does the hotel have a reception desk
Yes there is.
Is it open for 24hrs?
No, we do not have a 24/7 manned reception. Usually our staff are available on site between 7-4pm, but if we happen to not be there you can contact us via WhatsApp.

Food
When is breakfast served?
Breakfast is served daily from 08:00 am till 10:00 am on the second floor of the guesthouse. If it is not already included it costs €10/person/day.
Where can I dine close to the hotel in Xagħra?
Tal-Furnar restaurant is located just 450m away, whereas there are many other restaurants in the Xaghra Square which is 950m away from us – such as Al Sale, Latini and Oleander Restaurant.

What are the Outdoor pool hours?
Outdoor pool (not heated) area is available seasonal (weather permitting) between May – October from 10am till 6:00pm.
Are the rooms air-conditioned?
Each room is equipped an air-conditioning system for cooling and heating, Kindly make sure that the windows are fully shut and doors are closed. This ensures that the system works efficiently.
Is there a Wi-Fi connection in rooms?
Yes, Free WiFi is accessible anywhere within the accommodation and the password is provided in the room
What is the hotel’s pet policy?
At Our Hotel we our passionate about animals, however at this time we are not accepting pets.
When is housekeeping service provided?
Housekeeping is provided between 9:00hrs – 15:00hrs, free of charge.

Do you have wheelchair accessible rooms?

What plug type is used inside the hotel?
As with the standard in Malta, we use plug type G, which is the plug that has three rectangular pins in a triangular pattern.
Will we have TV in our room?
Yes, you will. All rooms are equipped with an android TV with standard TV channels. The TV also allows you to login with your Netflix account for those nights when you’d rather Netflix and chill.
What other facilities are available in the room?
Each room has tea and coffee facilities, ensuite facilities, a desk and a mini fridge.
Can we smoke inside the rooms
All our rooms are strictly non-smoking.

Unfortunately not, but usually street parking isn’t an issue.

What is there to see in Gozo?
The answer is plenty. Have a look by clicking here. Our guesthouse central location makes it perfect to discover the island at the least possible travel costs.
Can I see Gozo in a day?
No. Gozo might be a small island but you’d be surprised at the many places to see and visit. If you really want to experience Gozo, without hastily going to places trying to see everything in one day, you have to spend several nights on the island. Gozo is not a day trip destination.
Which is the closest beach to the hotel?
Xaghra being in the centre of the island means that you are never far from any beach, a 10-15 minutes’ drive will get you to any beach in Gozo.
What is there to do in Gozo?
Hiking, diving, snorkelling, swimming, kayaking, boating, cycling, abseiling, rock-climbing, horse-riding, canoeing, segway tours, yoga, and wine-tasting are just a few activities you can enjoy while on the island. We also recommend joining in the many events organised throughout the year, especially the traditional ones like the village festas organised during summer. If you just want to chill and relax, the island offers many places and opportunities to just do so.

What is your cancellation policy?
If you choose our ‘Free Cancellation’ option when submitting your reservation, you will be fully refunded if you cancel your stay up to 7 days before your scheduled arrival.
What am I paying for when I book through your website?
You will be paying for your nights’ stay and hotel amenities such as roof-top pool area & gym.
